About the arcana
The second major arcana, The Priestess is a symbol of wisdom, intuition and hidden knowledge. She is often depicted sitting between two pillars, holding a book or scroll, representing access to sacred knowledge. The veil symbolizes the invisible world and mystery. She is associated with mystery, introspection and the power of the unconscious, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of the spiritual world and inner truths.
